The divs are dedicated to general programming topics. This includes design, project management, social situations and stochastic tomfoolery. If you're looking for something a little more specific, Patch and Maude is dedicated to jQuery-centric topics, and don3ts is more about charting and D3 (data-driven documents).
The divs are comic characters that use svg, programming concepts, and humor to explain or display programming topics. You'll find algorithms, games, animations, and other topics on display in each comic. You might also find some humor, but I'm not making any promises. I really enjoy gentle animations and minimalistic drawings, and the Divs are a perfect way for me to keep notes on, find humor in, and learn more about programming concepts.
I really enjoy the challenge of incorporating a new (or old) programming concept into a mini story or folding the whole idea into one of the more epic journeys of some of my characters. The Divs are somewhat modern creatures that live in a world that is sort of like Earth - there's computers, cars, bars and cheese. But I bend those rules fairly often so don't get too concerned when Patch and Maude show up with a dragon or two.
